How can we help?

Answers to common questions below, or send us a message and we'll follow up by email.

How does Vendeal make money?

Vendor and manufacturer/underwriter orgs pay a subscription (Starter/Professional/Enterprise), plus a small variable platform fee (0.25% to 1%, capped per transaction, varying by plan) on payments processed through Stripe. Stripe’s own fees are separate: you pay them at cost, and Vendeal never pays them for you.

Is Vendeal really free for our dealer clients?

Browsing your catalog, placing orders, and reviewing every invoice line-by-line costs a dealership nothing, permanently.

Can our portal carry our own branding?

Yes. Every vendor org gets a subdomain with its own logo and brand color, set from Settings.

Do we have to use Stripe to get paid?

No. Manual check/ACH settled outside Vendeal’s payment rails carries no platform fee and no Stripe fees.

How do I change my plan?

Go to Billing in your dashboard. If self-serve checkout is set up for the plan you want, it switches instantly; otherwise you’ll see a Contact sales option.

How do I update my payment method or cancel?

Open Billing to add or remove cards and bank accounts, set your default, and see your past invoices, all inside Vendeal.

I can’t remember how I signed up. What do I do?

There’s no password to forget — Vendeal signs you in with Google, an emailed link, or a phone number. Try the log in page with whichever one you think you used; if none of them work, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Can I belong to more than one organization?

Yes. If you’re a member of multiple orgs, switch between them from the sidebar.

How do I invite my team?

From Team in your dashboard, invite by email and role. There’s no email provider connected yet, so you’ll get a copyable invite link to send them yourself.

How do I connect to a vendor or dealership?

A vendor connects dealerships from the Dealerships page and suppliers from Orders; a dealership requests vendors from its Dealership page. Search by name or enter the exact slug.

What if we’re a manufacturer, not a vendor?

Manufacturers and underwriters get free access by default, with a paid Supplier Pro tier for advanced tooling.
