Platform
Every vendor relationship, one operations core.
Vendeal gives vendors one operations core — catalog, orders, invoicing, CRM, and payments — that you can extend upstream to suppliers or downstream to dealerships whenever it's useful, never because the system requires it.
WHY ONE CORE
One backend, not one integration per vendor.
One identity across every vendor
A dealership logs in once and sees every connected vendor’s catalog and invoices in the same AP Clearinghouse, not a separate portal per vendor relationship.
One source of truth per catalog item
A price or inventory change happens in one place and is what every connected dealership sees immediately, not a spreadsheet mailed out per update.
One security model
Every org and role runs through the same access control, and any payment you choose to process through Stripe runs through the same integration, whether you’re a two-person F&I agency or a national distributor.
See exactly how access control and payment data are handled on the Security page.
ECOSYSTEM
From upstream supply to the dealership floor.
This is the full ecosystem Vendeal can connect, not a checklist. Most vendors start with catalog, orders, and invoicing, and add the upstream or dealership pieces later, if at all.
Upstream supply layer
Manufacturers, underwriters, and master distributors. Stock replenishment and purchase orders placed upward by vendor orgs.
Vendeal operations core
Org/team management, catalogs, contracts, inventory, invoicing, CRM, analytics, and payments — one backend for every vendor group.
Groups 1–4: vendor orgs
F&I GAs, aftermarket distributors, dealer tech/SaaS, and fixed ops suppliers, each on their own branded subdomain.
Group 5: dealership clients
AP Clearinghouse and procurement portal: one free login across every connected vendor.

Stock replenishment and purchase orders placed upward by vendor orgs.

Multi-warehouse inventory, digital catalog distribution, and order fulfillment.
Purchase orders
Orders placed downstream by dealerships and upstream by vendors to their suppliers.
AP Clearinghouse
Every invoice from every connected vendor reviewed line-by-line: approve, hold, or dispute in one dealership dashboard.
CRM
Cross-cutting relationship and pipeline tracking between vendors and dealerships.
Payments & billing
Stripe-powered invoicing and vendor subscriptions, with a thin platform fee layered on top.
Analytics & reporting
Order volume, Stripe-paid revenue, outstanding balances, and top catalog items, scoped to your org.
Support Center
A searchable FAQ plus a real support-ticket conversation, not a mailbox that goes quiet.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PLATFORM
Does every vendor group run on the same platform?
Yes. F&I GAs, aftermarket distributors, dealer tech providers, and fixed ops suppliers all run the same catalog, orders, invoicing, and CRM core, branded to look like their own product.
Can a dealership see invoices from more than one vendor in one place?
Yes. The AP Clearinghouse aggregates every connected vendor’s invoices behind one free login, so a dealership isn’t juggling a portal per vendor.
What sits upstream of a vendor?
A Manufacturer/Underwriter layer that a vendor org can connect to and place its own replenishment purchase orders against, the same way a dealership orders from that vendor.
Is data isolated between organizations?
Yes. Every read is scoped to organizations you belong to, and cross-org records like purchase orders and invoices are visible only to the buyer and seller on that specific record.
