Solutions
Built for how each vendor group actually sells.
F&I GAs, aftermarket distributors, dealer tech providers, and fixed ops suppliers each sell differently. The core platform is the same underneath (catalog, orders, invoicing, CRM), but what matters first is different for each. Pick your group below.
Rate cards, e-contracts, and field rep commissions in one branded portal.
You manage rate cards and contracts across dozens of dealership relationships and a field team that gets paid on performance. Vendeal gives every dealer client their own connection into your catalog and invoicing, while your team runs commissions and dealer performance from one place instead of a spreadsheet per rep.
- Independent F&I agencies managing rate cards across multiple dealer groups
- Third-party administrators reconciling commissions across a field team
- Agencies still tracking dealer relationships in spreadsheets or email
WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH
Rate cards and product menus live in email threads and PDFs, not a system dealers can browse.
Field rep commissions get reconciled by hand at month-end against whatever the dealer actually bought.
Chasing a dealer’s accounting office for a signed-off invoice eats a rep’s week.
Rolling out an updated rate card means updating it separately in as many places as you have dealers.
HOW VENDEAL FITS
Built for F&I GAs.
Branded catalog & rate cards
Your products live on your own subdomain, so dealers browse and order without a phone call.
AP Clearinghouse invoicing
Every invoice reviewed line-by-line by the dealer’s accounting office, with Stripe payment once approved.
CRM for dealer accounts
Contacts, notes, and tasks per dealership account, scoped to the rep who owns the relationship.
Team & role management
Field reps, managers, and accounting each see only what they need. Invite a rep in a minute.
Analytics on dealer activity
See which dealer relationships are actually placing orders and what’s outstanding, without a rep building a spreadsheet.
HOW IT WORKS
Load your rate cards once
Your products and pricing live on one branded subdomain, editable centrally instead of a PDF per dealer.
Dealers browse and order without a call
A connected dealership’s F&I office reviews your catalog and orders directly.
Invoices settle themselves
Every invoice goes through line-by-line dealer review, then Stripe payment, no rep chasing a signature.

Can each field rep see only their own dealer accounts?
Not yet — CRM contacts, notes, and tasks are visible to every vendor role that has CRM access today. Per-rep account scoping is on the roadmap, not built.
Do our dealer clients need to sign up for anything?
No, if they’re already a Vendeal-connected dealership. If not, connect them from Settings, and their portal access is free and immediate.
What if we underwrite through a manufacturer program upstream?
Connect to that manufacturer/underwriter as a buyer relationship from Settings, the same way a dealership connects to you.

Multi-warehouse inventory and catalog distribution, built for wholesale.
Stock lives across multiple warehouses, dealers order in bulk, and a short-shipped case shouldn’t mean a disputed invoice nobody notices for a month. Vendeal tracks inventory by location, turns orders into real purchase orders your dealer clients can track, and settles the resulting invoice line-by-line.
- Wholesale distributors selling parts, fluids, or supplies to dealership parts departments
- Distributors juggling stock across more than one warehouse
- Businesses that also place their own replenishment orders upstream
WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH
Inventory counts differ warehouse to warehouse and nobody has one screen showing all of them.
A dealer’s purchase order and what actually got invoiced drift apart with no shared record.
Manual check/ACH means payment status is a phone call away, not a screen.
A price change has to be pushed to every warehouse’s listing separately if nothing ties them together.
HOW VENDEAL FITS
Built for Aftermarket Distributors.
Per-location inventory
Catalog items track quantity on hand per warehouse, not just a single global count.
Purchase orders that track themselves
Dealers order from your real catalog; status moves from pending to sent to delivered, visible to both sides.
Line-item invoice review
A short-shipped case gets held or disputed on that one line, not the whole invoice.
Upstream manufacturer orders
Connect to the manufacturers you buy from and place your own replenishment POs the same way.
Analytics across every warehouse
See which SKUs move the most and what’s outstanding across every connected dealer, in one view.
HOW IT WORKS
Tag inventory by location
Every catalog item can carry a quantity per warehouse, not one global count.
Dealers order against real stock
A connected dealership sees what’s actually catalogued before it places a purchase order.
Short-ships get resolved on the record
A line that shipped short gets held or disputed against that specific invoice line, not a phone call nobody wrote down.

How many warehouse locations can we track?
Every catalog item can be tagged to a specific location for per-warehouse quantity. Every org starts with one location, and you can add and edit more in Settings, with stock tracked per location.
Do you support manual check payments?
Yes. Invoices settled by manual check or ACH outside Stripe carry no Vendeal platform fee and no Stripe fees.
Can we sell to dealer groups with multiple rooftops?
Yes — a dealer group orders the same way a single-location dealership does today. Centralized multi-location management tooling for the dealer side is part of the Dealer Pro tier.

Recurring billing and renewals your dealer clients can actually see.
You sell software or a recurring service into dealerships, which means seat counts change, renewals come due, and a dealer’s accounting office wants a clean invoice trail, not a credit card on file they can’t audit. Vendeal gives your dealer clients the same line-by-line AP review they use for every other vendor, so your invoice doesn’t stand out as the confusing one.
- Dealer management systems, add-on tools, or SaaS products sold into dealerships
- Providers who bill recurring seats, locations, or usage
- Teams whose dealer clients already expect a formal AP review process
WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH
Renewal invoices land in an inbox with no record of who approved what.
A dealer’s AP team treats your subscription invoice differently from a parts vendor’s, which slows payment.
Seat and location changes aren’t reflected on the next invoice without a manual update.
Your own subscription billing and the invoice you send a dealership run on two systems that don’t talk to each other.
HOW VENDEAL FITS
Built for Dealer Tech / SaaS.
Recurring line items
Model a subscription as a catalog item with a unit and price, then invoice it the same way every cycle.
One AP process, every vendor
Your invoice shows up in the same Clearinghouse the dealer already uses for parts and F&I, no special-casing.
Team visibility
Support and success roles see the account; billing stays with the roles that need it.
Stripe-backed payment
Once approved, payment runs right inside Vendeal, by card or bank transfer, instead of a manually tracked card on file.
Self-serve plan management
Manage your own Vendeal subscription the same way your dealer clients manage theirs with you: a Billing page where you pick a plan, save payment methods, and see your invoices, all without leaving Vendeal.
HOW IT WORKS
Model your subscription as a catalog item
Set a unit and price once, invoice it the same way every cycle.
Dealers see it like any other vendor bill
Your invoice lands in the same AP Clearinghouse a dealer already uses for parts and F&I, not a separate credit-card-on-file system.
Seat and renewal changes flow to the next invoice
Update the line item and the next cycle reflects it, no manual re-billing.

Do we have to give up our own billing system?
No. Vendeal’s invoicing runs the AP Clearinghouse side of your dealer relationship; what you use to run your own product internally is unaffected.
Can team roles see billing without seeing every dealer relationship?
Team roles (owner, admin, manager, accounting, field rep) each see only what their role grants, set per member from Settings > Team.
Is there a limit to how many dealer clients we can invoice?
No — connect and invoice as many dealer clients as you have plan seats for. Dealer-side access itself is always free.

Bulk inventory and recurring delivery scheduling for service departments.
Shop towels, bulk fluids, recurring service supplies: fixed ops vendors sell on a delivery schedule, not a one-off order, and a service department wants to know what’s coming and what it costs before the invoice shows up. Vendeal tracks recurring items alongside one-time stock and puts every invoice through the same line-by-line review your dealer’s parts and service teams already use.
- Shop supply and bulk fluid vendors selling on a delivery schedule
- Suppliers mixing recurring service items with one-time stock orders
- Vendors whose dealer clients already dispute shop-supply invoices by phone
WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH
Recurring deliveries and one-time orders get tracked in different places, if they’re tracked at all.
A service department disputes a line item by phone, and the resolution never makes it back to the invoice.
Field rep dispatch for recurring accounts is a whiteboard, not a system.
Scheduling who delivers to which dealership on which day still lives on a rep’s memory.
HOW VENDEAL FITS
Built for Fixed Ops Suppliers.
Recurring & physical inventory, one catalog
Tag an item as recurring (a monthly service) or tie it to a warehouse location, same catalog, same pricing.
Purchase orders per delivery
Each delivery is a real order your dealer client can see the status of, not just a line on a monthly bill.
Dispute resolution on the record
A held or disputed line stays attached to that invoice until it’s resolved, no separate phone log.
CRM for service accounts
Notes and tasks scoped to the dealership’s Parts and Service roles, not one undifferentiated list.
Analytics on delivery volume
See order volume and your most-ordered items across every dealer client’s service and parts departments.
HOW IT WORKS
Catalog both recurring and one-time items
A monthly towel service and a one-time bulk fluid order live in the same catalog, tagged accordingly.
Each delivery is a real, trackable order
Not just a line on a monthly bill — a dealer client can see the status of a specific delivery.
Disputes stay attached to the invoice
A held or disputed line stays on the record until it’s resolved, not a separate call log.

Compare plansQUESTIONS FROM FIXED OPS SUPPLIERS
Can we schedule recurring deliveries automatically?
Not yet — purchase orders are created manually today, so each delivery still needs its own order. Automatic recurring order generation is a real, separate follow-up.
How does a service department dispute a line?
A dealer’s Parts/Service role can approve or hold each invoice line individually today. A dedicated dispute action is modeled in the data and coming to the UI next.
Do fixed ops vendors get their own branded portal?
Yes — same as every vendor group: your own subdomain, logo, and brand color.
